Intellectual property and your license
The articles, designs, and downloads here are mine unless stated otherwise. You are welcome to quote a short passage with a link back. When you buy a paid product, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own learning. Please do not share, resell, or redistribute it.
Purchases and Merchant of Record
Purchases made directly on shenshin.co are sold and processed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record. This means Paddle is the seller for the transaction and handles payment, billing, and any applicable taxes. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms. Access is granted once payment is confirmed.
If you buy one of my courses on a third-party platform (such as Udemy), that purchase is between you and the platform, governed by the platform's own terms and policies, not these.
Refunds
Direct purchases are covered by my Refund Policy. Purchases on other platforms follow that platform's refund policy.
